What we sell
New aftermarket replacement parts for passenger cars and light trucks, in four families:
- Bumpers and body: bumper covers, reinforcements, absorbers, grilles, hoods, fenders and liners.
- Mirrors: door mirror assemblies, mirror glass, caps and towing mirrors.
- Lighting: headlamp assemblies, fog lamps, tail lamps, park, signal and side marker lamps.
- Cooling and A/C: radiators, A/C condensers, cooling fan assemblies and coolant reservoirs.
We are a replacement-parts business. We sell to vehicle owners and small repair shops, and the question we answer for them is fitment.
Where we sell
- cowltag.com. A quote-request site with no cart and no public prices. A customer sends the vehicle, we check fitment and email a quote.
- eBay Motors. Our one marketplace channel.
Marketplaces are opt-in. Your line goes on eBay only if your policy allows marketplace sales. We ask at account setup and keep to your answer. If the answer is no, your parts are sold by quote through cowltag.com only.
How an order reaches you
We sell by drop shipment and work inside the program you already run.
Fitment is checked first
On cowltag.com we match the part to the customer’s vehicle before they pay. On marketplace orders we list with your application data and confirm the vehicle with the buyer where there is any doubt.
We send the purchase order
Through your dealer portal or by email, prepaid, with the ship-to address and our reference.
You ship to the customer
Blind, or with our packing slip, according to your program.
We handle the customer
Tracking, questions and delivery problems come to us, not to you.
Returns stay inside your RMA policy
We ask for an RMA before anything comes back to you, and only inside your terms. A return you would not accept is ours to absorb.
Pricing and brand policy
These apply to every supplier, on every channel, whether or not a dealer agreement spells them out.
- MAP is honored. Minimum advertised and unilateral price policies are followed on every channel. This site shows no prices, and a quote we email never goes below your MAP. On marketplace listings we use no offers, coupons or bundles to get under it.
- Authorized sourcing only. We buy only from manufacturers and their authorized U.S. distributors. No gray-market or counterfeit goods.
- Brand use. Names, logos, images and copy are used only as your guidelines allow.
- Accurate fitment. We publish the application data you supply and do not stretch it.
- Warnings passed through. California Proposition 65 warnings and other required notices travel with the listing and the quote.
- Corrections. If you ask us to change or remove a listing, we do it within one business day.
Payment and tax documents
Payment. We prepay by credit card or ACH. We are not asking for open terms.
Sales tax. We hold an Arizona TPT license, and a signed Arizona resale certificate, Form 5000A, goes with every application. For drop shipments into other states we provide the multistate certificate where the state accepts it. Where a state requires its own registration, we register there first or you bill us that state’s tax.
On request. W-9 and the Arizona Corporation Commission record of our Articles of Organization.
What we need from you

- Fitment data, in ACES and PIES where you have it
- Images and descriptions approved for resale
- Your drop-ship fees, cutoff times and carriers
- Your MAP, marketplace and returns policies
