Where we ship
We ship to street addresses in the United States, not to post office boxes or freight forwarders. Oversize parts going to Alaska, Hawaii or a U.S. territory are quoted case by case. We do not ship outside the United States.
Where orders ship from
We do not run our own warehouse. Each order ships from the U.S. distributor warehouse that has the part in stock, so the label may show the distributor’s name. An order with several parts can arrive in more than one box, on different days.
How fast
Your quote states when the part will ship and gives a delivery estimate for your ZIP code. If we cannot ship by the date on the quote, we tell you, and you can wait or cancel for a full refund. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, because carriers and weather can add days.
Tracking
We email you the carrier’s name and the tracking number when the label is printed. If tracking has not moved for five business days, tell us and we open a trace with the carrier.
Cost
Your quote lists the part price, shipping and any sales tax. That total is what you pay. The only later charge would be a carrier fee for a reroute or redelivery you ask for.
Large parts
Hoods and some bumpers ship as oversize parcels or by freight carrier.
- Freight deliveries need someone present to receive them.
- Any residential or liftgate charge is on the quote before you pay.
- Some freight-only parts cannot go to a home address. The quote says so.
Check it when it arrives
Look the box over before the driver leaves. If it is crushed or torn, write that on the delivery receipt. Then open it and inspect the part.
Report shipping damage within 3 business days of delivery. Send photos of the part, the box and the shipping label, and keep everything until the claim is closed. We replace or refund the part, your choice, and deal with the carrier. See Returns and warranty.
Changing an address
Tell us right away. Once the warehouse has printed the label, we may not be able to change it, and the carrier may charge to reroute.
Marketplace orders
Orders placed through a marketplace such as eBay ship under the handling time and service shown on that listing, and the marketplace’s delivery protections apply.
