What we aim for
We built this site to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. If we have fallen short somewhere, we want to hear about it.
How the site is built
The site is designed to do the following. We last checked it in October 2026.
- Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline.
- Headings, lists, tables and form labels are marked up so screen readers can announce them.
- Text and controls are designed to AA contrast, and the layout reflows down to a screen 320 pixels wide, which is the same as 400% zoom on a laptop.
- Animation is limited, and it is switched off when your device asks for reduced motion.
- The drawings are decorative or have text alternatives. The exploded diagram’s parts are also listed in a table beside it.
- The menu and the request and contact forms work with scripts turned off.
Known limits
The VIN check and the Partslink decoder need JavaScript. The vehicle lookup inside the VIN check also depends on a public government service that we do not control. If either is unavailable, the request form still works and we read the VIN for you.
Tell us about a barrier
If something on this site does not work for you, we want to know, and we will help you place your request another way. Reach us at the contact form. Tell us the page and what happened, and we aim to reply within one business day.
